“Hey coach so good to hear from you. I was going through a bit of depression. I needed to step away and get myself together. My mental is doing much better but only because I force myself into sunlight daily and make sure I get in no less than 10k steps. I removed most carbs from my diet and eat mostly veggies and protein. No alcohol or sodas. I feel tons better. Currently wrapping up my car accident suit and would love to set aside 5 months (of payments) for your assistance with training. Thank you for thinking of me! I appreciate the love and support and look forward to more guidance in the future. I’m still learning to dance between the tornados.” ✌️- Tina Lopez
