Sunday, June 28, 2026, was the Firecracker 5k in Brigantine, NJ.

Katie had an incredible weekend at the Firecracker 5K in Brigantine—going back-to-back 5Ks and finishing 4th in both races. That is grit and consistency on display.

Phil and Donna took 3rd place in their age group (60–69)—a strong reminder that consistency and discipline pay off at every level.

Zupenda turned in a race with perfect splits. Each mile is faster than the one before it.
