Chris Ballard completed her mile test with success en route to her first marathon as well.

Shana officially signs up for the crew. Laurie and Grace are back and ready to train for the second 5k. Gwen officially signs up for our training to stay motivated to train for the 2026 races. Pros Debbie and Chris show up to lead from the front.
