Phil Albanese:

Phil joined me right after I returned from the runDisney Marathon in mid-January, 2026. Phil met me on the track the very next day after meeting me. Now in early March, Phil is 17 lbs down, and has improved his mile-time by 2 minutes & 20 seconds. By moving more with a goal, that has caused Phil to make other healthy choices and weight loss was the side effect. Great Job Phil!
