Shout Out Of The Week
This shout-out goes back to January 29th, 2026 as it fits well with the core message of this week's show.
Shana Edelmann, Chris Ballard, and Kimberly Helder showed up to practice on a Thursday when it was 18 degrees, with a real feel of 6 degrees. Did they do that as a punishment to themselves? No! They showed up because that’s the type of people they’ve become. Disciplined and shows up for the person next to them. Much love to these ladies #runtothebestyou
Second Shout Out:
Donald Campbell of Atlantic Center of Independent Living
Thanks to ACIL, we open up our run group to walkers living with disabilities!
We love being able to inspire them, and they inspire us in return.
