Front and center of this photo is Michael Feely. My friend is 80 years old and he completed a 5k a few weekends ago as the oldest finisher. I saw on social media that he posted that he was only 10 seconds off of his finishing goal. I was astonished and proud that he went into that race with a goal in the first place. I asked him to come to our Tuesday group training to speak to our members, and he did not disappoint. I’m grateful for this community and Michael coming out to inspire them to keep running to the best version of themselves.
