“What if a simple walk could help save someone’s life physically, mentally, and emotionally?

Today’s episode is special because I get to share a milestone that is going to help us impact even more lives.”

“I am Coach Tadris of RunToTheBestYou.com, and since 2013 I have had the privilege of helping everyday people transform their lives through walking, running, mindset, accountability, and community.

This podcast has never just been about running. It has always been about helping people become the best version of themselves mentally, physically, and emotionally.

And today… I am excited to announce that this mission has officially grown into a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping even more people discover hope, healing, confidence, and wellness through movement and support.

So whether you are trying to walk your first mile, run your first 5k, reclaim your health, or simply find your way back to YOU… just know this — you do not have to do it alone. I got you.

And if something from today’s episode resonates with you, head to the show notes, click the Start Your Journey link, and I will personally reach out to you.”

Coach Tadris Core Message & Show Notes:

Honestly… becoming a nonprofit is not about a title for me. It is about impact. It is about reaching more people who feel stuck physically, mentally, or emotionally and letting them know there is still hope.

We want to create opportunities for people who may not otherwise have access to fitness, support, encouragement, or community — especially individuals with disabilities and underserved populations.

This mission has always been bigger than running. Running is just the vehicle. Transformation is the goal.

From walking your first mile, to losing weight, improving mental health, building confidence, or simply becoming healthier for your family — this organization exists to help people go from the old you to the best you.

Talking points:

#1. This Is Bigger Than Running

“Run To The Best You was never just about crossing finish lines or training for races. It has always been about helping people overcome obstacles mentally, emotionally, and physically. Becoming a nonprofit gives us the opportunity to reach more people who need support, accountability, encouragement, and access to healthier lifestyles. This is about creating real change in people’s lives and helping them believe in themselves again.”

#2. Real People. Real Transformations.

“One of the biggest reasons this mission means so much to me is because I have seen firsthand how lives can change when people feel supported and encouraged. Stories like Jeremy, Grace and Dylan remind me that transformation is possible for anybody. Not because they were perfect, but because they kept showing up. Sometimes all people need is someone to believe in them, walk beside them, and remind them that they are capable of more than they think.”

#3. Community Can Change Lives

“A big part of this nonprofit is creating a community where people feel seen, supported, and welcomed no matter where they are starting from. Whether someone is struggling with their health, mental wellness, confidence, physical limitations, or simply needs accountability, we want them to know they belong here. Sometimes healing starts with something as simple as a walk, a conversation, or realizing you are not alone in your journey.”

CTA:

“If you believe in building stronger minds, healthier bodies, and creating hope through movement and community, I invite you to be part of this with us. Follow Run To The Best You, share the mission, and join us on a walk or run.

And if you feel led to support this mission, whether that is through donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word, it all makes a real difference in helping us reach more people.
