#288 - How to Stay Consistent When Life Gets Busy

Welcome To Another Week Of The Show:

If you have ever thought: “

Maybe I could run a 5k, but when can I find the time to train”

Then this episode is for you!

I am Coach Tadris of runtothebestyou.com, helping everyday people like YOU create a new healthy identity since 2013 — and wherever you are starting from…...... I got you.

Coach Tadris Core Message & Show Notes:

Consistency comes from simplicity, not motivation.

Talking points:

#1. Scheduling runs like appointments

If it is not scheduled, it usually does not happen. Treat your runs like a real appointment—just like work or a meeting you cannot miss. Put it on your calendar, set a time, and commit to showing up. You do not need perfect conditions, you just need consistency.

#2. Short runs still count

Every run does not have to be long to be effective. A quick 10–20 minute run still builds the habit, keeps your body active, and moves you forward. Something is always better than nothing, especially when you are trying to stay consistent.

#3. Removing all-or-nothing thinking

This is where people get stuck. They think if they cannot do the full workout, they should do nothing at all. That mindset kills progress. Learn to take the “win” even if it is smaller than planned. Progress comes from what you do consistently, not from being perfect.
