Most people think transformation happens when someone runs a race, loses weight, or hits a huge milestone. But the real transformation begins the moment someone decides to start.
Since 2013, I’ve seen people just like you:

#1. Nobody Starts Ready
People believe they need motivation, confidence, fitness, or discipline BEFORE they begin.
• Most people who join are nervous.
• Many feel out of shape, embarrassed, intimidated, or afraid of judgment.
• The first step is usually emotional, not physical.
• Progress begins when people stop waiting to “feel ready.”

#2. Small Wins Create Big Victories
Transformation is built through repeated small actions.
• Celebrate walking one lap.
• Celebrate consistency.
• Celebrate showing up after a hard week.

• 2014 we celebrated Richard P. losing 100lbs with us.
• 2018 - 2020 we celebrated Katie G. runningh with us for mental health.
• 2022 we enjoyed and celebrated mother Melissa S. and her & Amber S. running together.
• 2026 we celebrated the Phil A. had started over in his health journey at 61, proving age is not the end.

#3. Community Can Change a Life
People succeed when they feel supported.
• Accountability matters because people are more prone to show up for others before they show up for themselves sometimes.
• Encouragement matters because we all thrive when someone aknowledges our hard work.
• Inclusion matters because fitness is not just for the elite.
• Our nonprofit mission is to help more families.
• Our goal is to create a fitness space for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
