Most people believe success comes from motivation, but motivation comes and goes. The people who achieve their goals are not necessarily the most talented, fastest, or strongest. They are the people who learn how to keep moving forward when they do not feel like it. Success is built through commitment, community, and remembering why you started.

Nobody feels motivated every day.

Motivation got you started, but habits keep you moving.

Melissa Southrey for inviting me to do the 30th Annual Genesis Triathlon on 5/30/26.

We competed in the dualathlon relay. I ran 2 miles, Melissa biked 16 miles, and finished with my 4-mile run. Our team TAG YOUR IT took third place overall, but first place as a coed team.
